This is a WW2 issued Bronze Star Medal set, complete with pin-back ribbon bar and lapel badge, in the original 'coffin box' style presentation case. The medal is in excellent condition, and the presentation case as well, with very clean inner lining. Obtained from the USA.

When awarded for bravery, it is the fourth-highest combat award of the U.S. Armed Forces and the ninth highest military award (including both combat and non-combat awards) in the order of precedence of U.S. military decorations
