Inert USA 0.30 inch carbine cartridge, WW2 dated and unstruck

This is an inert and totally safe 0.30 Carbine cartridge. Metric designation 7.62x33mm, this cartridge was used in the M1 carbine assault rifle introduced in the 1940s and developed by Winchester and the US Army, and was used in action from WW2 to the Vietnam War. These examples are all headstamped PC (King's Mills, Ohio) and wardated 1943 and have unstruck primers. There is a ball-bearing inside the case, to signify it is not live. Live rounds don't rattle!
