Deactivated Webley & Scott 1" brass signal pistol, 1916 dated
This is a brass-bodied Webley & Scott Ltd signal pistol, in very good condition, with lanyard ring. Very good complete wooden grips. Dated 1916 on the frame and barrel, with broadarrow and military inspection stamps, and matching serial number to frame and barrel. This flare/signal pistol is a UK spec deactivation, and will strip and cock and dry-fire. The internal trigger and hammer springs were both broken and are unobtainable, but this pistol has been repaired with makeshift springs so still retains all it's functions, reflected in the price. Deactivated in the UK with Certificate to UK/EU specification.
