This is the iconic Walther PP automatic pistol designed and manufactured by Carl Walther in 1929. Like the very similar PPK, designed 2 years later, it chambers a 7.65mm round and was popular both with police and the military for its reliability and ease of concealment due to it's compactness. Serving throughout WW2 and up to the present, this pistol has been much copied as a testament to it's fine design. Dated '61 on the eject port, this particular example is in super condition with excellent blacking, perfect grips and correctly marked PP magazine with finger extension. Cocks and dry-fires with a crisp action and fully strippable, this pistol comes complete with a very nice leather holster and one inert 7.65mm round. More inert rounds are available in the 'Inert Ammunition' section as well as a spare magazine if required, post free if ordered with the pistol. Deactivated in the UK with Certificate of Deactivation.
