Deactivated Turkish Mauser Model 1903, 1941 dated **SOLD**

This is a Mauser M1903 rifle, a variation of the Mauser G98, purchased by Turkey from Germany prior to WW1 and chambered for the same 7.92 x 57mm round. The M1903 served with the Turkish Military through their war of 1911-1912 with Italy right through to WW2. This example is in very good condition, with an excellent hardwood stock and a pleasant patina to the steel with no signs of corrosion. Matching serial numbers to rear sights, trigger guard and magazine floor-plate, and bearing the Turkish crest and factory markings and a date of 1941 on the receiver. Able to be cocked and dry-fired and fully stripped. Deactivated in the UK with Proof-House certificate to UK/EU specification.

Our price: £325.00

All deactivated weapons sold by Jaybe Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof mark and certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the EU.
