Deactivated Russian made Kalashnikov AKM assault rifle, 1969 dated
This is a Russian made 7.62mm calibre Kalashnikov AKM, marked with the Izhevsk Arsenal mark of an arrow within a triangle on the left side of the receiver, and dated 1969 at the height of the Vietnam War. This example is in very good condition, with very good undamaged wooden furniture. Very good blacking to the steel with fully sprung trigger and the ability to remove the matching serial numbered rear cover and bolt spring, along with parts around the gas port. This rifle comes complete with cleaning-rod, detachable steel magazine, leather sling, plus a couple of inert 7.62 x 39mm rounds to load into the magazine. Also included is a genuine cleaning kit that stows in the butt, and oiler plastic bottle (not shown). Very nice example of this world renowned assault rifle. Deactivated in the UK with proofhouse certificate of deactivation.
