Deactivated Hungarian M48 pistol 1954 dated **SOLD**

This is a deactivated Hungarian made 7.62mm calibre Model 48 pistol, basically a copy of the  Russian  TT33 pistol, designed by Fedor Tokarev in 1930.  As was usual for countries within Soviet controlled eastern Europe during the years of the 'Cold War', weapons were of Soviet design but produced by local companies. This example is in excellent condition, with perfect blacking and  super plastic grips marked with the Hungarian communist emblem. Dated 1954 with matching serial numbers on frame and slide, this pistol comes with a good used service holster with spare magazine holder and cleaning rod.  A fabulous 'Cold War' era pistol of the same type as used in WW2 at an affordable price. Cocks and dry-fires with a precise action and capable of being field-stripped.  Also comes with 2 inert 7.62 x 25mm rounds as shown, more available in the 'Inert Ammunition' section. Deactivated in the UK with certificate of deactivation.

 Our price: £345.00

All deactivated weapons sold by Jaybe Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof mark and certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
