This is the Fusil Rapid, we believe, (as it is not marked on the action) made by Manufrance at St. Etienne. This is a company that has made shotguns since 1885, though renamed to Manufrance just after WW2. St. Etienne has been a source of fine quality firearms for 300 years. This model was made from 1958 till the early 1980s and is a very well made gun, sharing a lot of components with the Remington 870. This particular example is in very nice condition with full working action, good woodwork, and good finish to the metalwork with a few marks in the alloy action. Comes complete with 2 inert 12g shotgun shells, and more are available at £1.50 in the 'Inert Ammunition' section, post free if ordered together. Deactivated in the UK with certificate, to full current UK/EU specification.
