Deactivated French made Bergeron 12-bore over/under shotgun **SOLD**
This is a double-barrelled shotgun of over-and-under construction made by Bergeron of St.Etienne in France, as marked on either action sides. The model name 'Superior' in engraved forwards of the trigger guard. This example is in very nice condition, with good hardwood stock and handguard, polished and engraved action, with all of the blacking remaining on the 28 inch barrels. This shotgun conforms to the latest deactivation spec, so breaks and has a sprung trigger, but does not dry-fire or strip down, though would still make a fabulous addition to anybody's hunting lodge, mounted over the fireplace! Comes complete with two inert cartridges to complete the package. More are available separately in the 'Inert Ammunition' section at £1.50 each, post free if ordered together. Comes with rubber butt-extender fitted. Deactivated in the UK with Certificate to UK/EU specification.
