Deactivated FN made IDF K98 infantry rifle, Waffenamt marked. **SOLD**

Nearly identical to the Mauser K98, the standard german infantry rifle of WW2, on which it is based, this rifle is a post-war made example built at the FN factory in Belgium for the Israeli Defence Force, or IDF, and chambered for 7.62mm Nato ammunition.  This rifle is in sound original condition, with most of the original finish to the steel but with some signs of corrosion. It has the benefit of a genuine waffenamt marked laminated K98 stock, in very sound condition, with bolt stripping tool located in the butt. Waffenamt marks on butt-plate and bolt.  Comes with cleaning rod and also a clip of 7.62 inert ammunition, is fully strippable and can be  cocked and dry-fired. An inexpensive alternative to the Wehrmacht Mauser K98 . Deactivated in the UK with Certificate to UK specification.

Our Price: £225.00

All deactivated weapons sold by Jaybe Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof mark and certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
