It rather speaks for itself! A cut-down barrel on a shotgun, to create the 'sawn-off'. Deactivated and certified with 13 1/2 inch barrels, in 12-bore, this English made gun is in, or was, in good condition, before being cut down to an easily concealable length, for no doubt dubious purposes. Marked Modern Arms Co Ltd, London & Bromley between the barrels, the wooden stock is in good condition, with some fine engraving to the steel. This shotgun breaks, cocks and dry-fires with a precise action on both barrels, and can be fully stripped. It would probably not make a fabulous addition to anybody's hunting lodge, mounted over the fireplace! but would definitely be a talking point at a dinner party. Two inert cartridges are included, with more available seperately in the 'Inert Ammunition' section at £1.50 each, post free if ordered  with the shotgun. Deactivated in the UK with Certificate to UK specification.
