Deactivated World War 2 pistols
This is a 0.38" calibre Enfield No2 Mk 1 service revolver of the type issued to infantry officers. Produced from 1923 till 1957, the mk 1 and 1* Enfield was one of the standard side-arms of the British and Commonwealth forces during WW2. Dated 1931 on the frame and 1932 on the barrel, this pistol is in very good overall condition, with complete wooden hand grips and original lanyard. Most of the original blacked finish remains with matching serial numbers to frame, barrel and chamber, plus several Enfield stamps and broad-arrows. This example is an early EU spec deactivation, and as such cocks and dry-fires but cannot be stripped. The chambers cannot be loaded, but the six inert rounds are included to be displayed with this classic officer's pistol. Deactivated in the UK with proofhouse certificate of deactivation.
Our Price: £595.00
