Deactivated Colt U.S.Army Model 1903

This is a Colt U.S.Army Model 1903 double action (DA) revolver, chambering the .38 long cartridge, which was a development of the model 1892 Army and Navy. Manufactured up to 1908, it was replaced by the Colt New Service revolver in 1909, but was used by reserve troops during WW1. In good sound unrefurbished condition, this revolver is marked on the barrel Colt D.A. 38 and U.S. Army Model 1903 on the base of the grip by the lanyard ring. Excellent undamaged grips, and nice blacking to the steelwork, this pistol has a revolving chamber activated by the trigger, but under current EU regs, will not cock and dry-fire. However these regs allow inert rounds to be loaded into the chamber as shown, and 6 inert rounds are included with this pistol. Deactivated in the UK with Certificate to UK/EU specification.

Our Price: £450.00

All deactivated weapons sold by Jaybe Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof mark and certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the EU.
