Deactivated British Sten mk5 9mm smg, sliding bolt and cocking handle, matching s/numbers

This is the British Sten MK5 submachine gun brought into service in 1944.    Over 4 million Stens were made and the Mark 5 was the culmination of it's wartime development, except for the suppressed version designated as the mk6. This example is in good original condition, retaining most of its blacked finish, with good woodwork. A current spec EU deactivation, it has a sliding cocking handle and moving trigger. With removable magazine, rotating mag housing and detachable wooden butt-stock which has a matching serial number to the gun, it can be partially stripped as shown, and comes with 3 rounds of inert 9mm ammunition and genuine wartime webbing sling to complete the package.   Deactivated in the UK with Certificate to full UK/EU specification.

Our price: £575.00

All deactivated weapons sold by Jaybe Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof mark and certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the EU.
