Deactivated Mauser Standard-Modell M1933 short rifle, dated 1933, early spec

This is the German made Standard Modell M1933 short rifle, developed in 1924 by Mauser in defiance of the restrictions placed on arms production following WW1. This model was sold on the domestic market and worldwide, and armed the Condor Legion during the Spanish Civil War, and as such carries the Mauser banner on the receiver over the date of manufacture. This particular example is in good original condition, with sound woodwork and steel, but with some evidence of rust pitting in places. Able to be cocked and dry-fired and fully strippable, this is an unusual military Mauser rifle, and comes with one inert 7.92mm round. Deactivated in the UK with Proof-House certificate of deactivation.

Our Price: £575.00

All deactivated weapons sold by Jaybe Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof mark and certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
