World War 2 bayonets and Knives
This is a Canadian Arsenals Ltd made No4 mkII spike bayonet, better known as the 'pig-sticker', as fitted to the British Lee-Enfield rifle no4 mk1 and its derivatives. Canadian Arsenals succeeded the Long Branch plant after WW2, and their symbol was a capital A inside a capital C. They manufactured only 5000 of these bayonets for use during the Korean War, and were the last manufacturers of the No4 spike, making it in fact rarer than the Mk1 cruciform. This bayonet is in very good condition with excellent blacked finish along with a good blacked mk1 scabbard. The perfect bayonet set for your post-war No4 rifle.
