British WW1 'Mons' Trio to Army Service Corps.
British WW1 'Mons' Trio to Army Service Corps. British WW1 'Mons' Trio to Army Service Corps. British WW1 'Mons' Trio to Army Service Corps.

British WW1 'Mons' Trio to Army Service Corps.

This is a genuine WW1 Mons Trio awarded to Private T. Ceely, of the Army Service Corps. Stamped SS-1784, PTE. T. CEELY, A.S.C. on the back of the 1914 Star, and the same markings on the edge of the British War Medal and Victory Medal. The A.S.C. was responsible for transporting supplies to the front line. These medals are in very good condition with no damage worth mentioning and just a patina of age to the BWM, which will clean off completely in a silver dip. The original ribbons are also in very good condition, absent of any clasp as the ASC were not generally under fire which was the criteria for the award of the Mons clasp, mounted on an original pin bar.
