British white leather parade/ ceremonial frog

This is what a best guess would be a British parade frog, made of a pale leather or pigskin maybe, with a faded blancoed finish. It is similar in style to the pattern 1939 Home Guard equipment, with the large rivets to top and bottom loops. It will fit a Pattern 1907 scabbard quite snugly but the top loop is a bit of a stretch though will go. It would equally suit a No5,7 or 9 or SLR scabbard with less of a stretch. We've never seen one before, any suggestions welcomed!
