British SLR L1A3 bayonet, no scabbard, 1959 dated **SOLD**
This is an early SLR L1A3 bayonet and scabbard with transitional waisted crossguard in good condition, as fitted to the British issued SLR rifles. Marked L1A3 960-0257 B on both sides of the steel grips with broadarrow marks, and B59 on the ricasso. Perfect edge and point to the blade, good release button, and good steel grips though none of the original painted finish remaining.
