This is a genuine WW2 leather frog of the type issued to Home Guard soldiers to hang the P13 and M17 bayonets from for their Enfield P14 rifles, and will also suit the pattern 1907 bayonet for the Lee-Enfield SMLE. In good sound used condition, just some minor deterioration from use to the top loops, with perfect stitching, no missing rivets, and maker marked and dated 1940 to the rear. A good addition to your Home Guard equipment.
