British made William Rodgers Bowie hunting knife **SOLD**


This is a Bowie style hunting and bushcraft knife with stag horn handle, made by William Rodgers of Sheffield, UK. With brass crossguard and aluminium pommel, this is probably from the 1950s or 60s. Marked William Rodgers 'I cut my way' on one ricasso, and Made in Sheffield  England on the other. In generally good condition with good tip, the 6" blade has been sharpened leaving grinding marks on both sides, which could be polished out, and is nonetheless still quite collectible. Comes with brown leather scabbard, good stitching and rivets, missing it's top securing loop.
