This is a genuine WW2 US issue leather holster for the Colt M1911 pistol or similar, also used in Korea and Vietnam. In good condition overall, it has US in an oval embossed faintly on the front flap, and is maker marked SEARS on the back. The leather is in good condition generally. though there is some minor damage to the flap as shown, good rivets and stitching, with a repair to the belt slots on the back. Steel wire hanger for attaching to US M1910 infantry equipment. Some markings inside the flap, one looks like H-4555, another hand written as N-7103, with more illegible ones, possibly serial numbers of the guns issued with it.
