Deactivated T.Bland & Sons 12-bore boxlock shotgun **SOLD**

This is a double-barrelled boxloxck shotgun of side-by-side construction made by Thomas Bland and Sons at 4-5, King William Street, Strand, London, as engraved clearly between the two barrels. Thomas Bland occupied these premises just after WW1, which fairly accurately dates this shotgun to that early post-war period.  Lovely cross-hatched hardwood stock in very good condition, lightly engraved action with a pleasant patina, and excellent bluing still on the 27" barrels after nearly 100 years. This shotgun is fully strippable, cocks and dry fires on both barrels with a precise action, and comes with two inert 12g rounds. Deactivated in the UK with Certificate to full UK specification.
