Deactivated American M1 carbine 1945 dated Inland made Air Force marked **SOLD**

This is a 0.30 inch calibre US M1 Carbine marked Inland Manufacturing Division General Motors on the barrel by the foresights, and a date of 1-45, so just in time for the war in the Pacific. This is a current spec deactivation, but has the benefit of sliding and locking cocking-lever, fully moving trigger, and has detachable magazine and correct sling with oiler bottle. The original hardwood furniture is in excellent condition, with a beautiful grain pattern, with only a few light marks from it's service life, 'flaming bomb' motif stamped in sling cut-out. The steel is very good and retains all it's original finish with no signs of rust damage. Of interest are the letters AAF (Army Air Force) marked in black on the left side of the stock just rear of the trigger guard. Included with this rifle are 3 inert rounds to load into the magazine. Deactivated in the UK with Certificate to UK specification.

 Our price: £550.00

All deactivated weapons sold by Jaybe Militaria are deactivated in the United Kingdom and hold a London or Birmingham proof mark and certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly and is legal within the U.K.
